Пресс 50 раз + Отжимание + Приседание

Нужно 3-4 раза в неделю делать упражнение на пресс (скручивание). Начать с 20 раз и с каждым разом увеличивать количество повторов на +2. Так дойти до 50 раз за 1-2 подхода. Дополнительно выполнять по 20-30 отжиманий и приседаний.
