User Agreement

This Agreement has been developed in order to regulate relations between the Administration of the site "Aim" https://aimto.top/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") and any person using the materials and services of the Site (hereinafter referred to as the "User").

Having passed the authorization procedure on the Site or in any other way using the materials and services of the Site, the relevant person guarantees that he is familiar with the terms of this Agreement, and also makes full and unconditional acceptance (acceptance) of the terms of this Agreement.

The Site Administration assumes responsibility for editing the information posted by Users, its moderation and is responsible for its content.

The Site respects and protects copyright and related personal property and non-property rights. The use of works without the consent of the copyright holder is allowed only in cases established by law.

The user who posted information on the Site independently represents and defends his interests arising from the placement of this information in relations with third parties.

Subject matter of the agreement

The Administration grants the User the right to post the following information on the Site:

- text information;
- multimedia materials (audio, video, photo) in the format established by the Administration;
- links to materials posted on this Site (internal links), or on other sites (external links).

1.General conditions

1.1. The use of materials and services of the Site is governed by the norms of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

1.2. This Agreement is a public offer. By accessing the materials of the Site, the User is considered to have acceded to this Agreement.

1.3. The Site Administration has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement at any time. Such changes take effect 3 (Three) days from the date of posting the new version of the Agreement on the website. If the User disagrees with the changes made, he is obliged to refuse access to the Site, stop using the materials and services of the Site.

2. User Obligations

2.1. The user agrees not to take actions that may be considered as violating Russian law or international law, including in the field of intellectual property, copyright and / or related rights, as well as any actions that lead or may lead to disruption of the normal operation of the Site and services Site.

2.2. The use of the materials of the Site without written consent from the copyright holder is not allowed (Article 1270 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). For the lawful use of the materials of the Site, it is necessary to conclude licensing agreements (obtaining licenses) from the Copyright Holders.

2.3. Citation of materials from the Site, including copyrighted works, is possible only with the written consent of the copyright holder.

2.4. Comments and other entries of the User on the Site should not conflict with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation and generally accepted norms of morality and ethics.

2.5. The user is warned that the Site Administration is not responsible for visiting and using external resources, links to which may be contained on the site.

2.6. The User agrees that the Site Administration is not responsible and has no direct or indirect obligations to the User in connection with any possible or incurred losses or losses associated with any content of the Site, copyright registration and information about such registration, goods or services, available on or obtained through external sites or resources or other contacts of the User, which he entered using the information posted on the Site or links to external resources.

2.7. The user accepts the provision that all materials and services of the Site or any part of them may be accompanied by advertising. The user agrees that the Site Administration does not bear any responsibility and does not have any obligations in connection with such advertising.

2.8. The User's indication of an e-mail, Skype address and / or phone number means granting permission to send letters and / or SMS messages, incl. advertising nature.

2.9. The user agrees that the Site Administration uses cookies and stores user information on its servers (including name, e-mail, IP address, country and city of residence, date of birth) in accordance with the privacy policy posted at https://aimto.top/ en /privacy.html.

2.10. The user agrees that all goals and related information added by the user on the Site are by default public and visible to other visitors. The visibility of this information can be changed in the service settings.

3. Other conditions

3.1. All possible disputes arising from this Agreement or related to it are subject to resolution in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

3.2. Nothing in the Agreement can be understood as the establishment between the User and the Site Administration of agency relations, partnership relations, joint activity relations, personal employment relations, or any other relations not expressly provided for by the Agreement.

3.3. The recognition by the court of any provision of the Agreement as invalid or not subject to enforceability does not entail the invalidity of other provisions of the Agreement.

3.4. Inaction on the part of the Site Administration in case of violation by any of the Users of the provisions of the Agreement does not deprive the Site Administration of the right to take later appropriate actions in defense of its interests and protection of copyright for the materials of the Site protected in accordance with the legislation.

Terms and Conditions of the Agreement

This Agreement shall enter into force from the moment of its publication on the Site at https://aimto.top/en/agreement.html for an indefinite period.

The Administration has the right to unilaterally change the provisions of the Agreement, the User can be notified of the changes using the technical means of the resource.
